Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, and technical health of the software engineering organization. You’ll drive scalable, secure software solutions, foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

The role focuses on technology strategy, platform scalability, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled development while mentoring teams and adopting evolving engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience within infrastructure, utilities, environmental services, public-sector, AEC, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Experience with GIS, SCADA, sensor data, data integration, analytics, or decision-support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and delivery across software products and client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and long-term sustainability.
• Manage engineering priorities, capacity, and risks across a diverse portfolio; align investments with strategic priorities and customer needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, and operating practices to improve quality, reliability, and operational resilience.
• Drive DevSecOps, automation, testing strategies, incident management, and secure development practices.
• Oversee cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and AI governance across the engineering organization.
