Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Director to lead our Digital Strategy and Applicant Experience team and advance national recruitment and admissions. You’ll translate enrollment goals into a scalable digital strategy, manage a cross-functional team spanning content, web, and applicant support, and oversee the learner’s digital journey from first ad impression through enrollment.

Partnering with MarComms, IT, campuses, and external agencies, you’ll drive paid media, UX improvements, and content

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience across distributed or national operations.
• Strategic operations track record designing workflows that remove administrative burden.
• Technical proficiency with web CMS, automation platforms, and CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset using performance data to inform strategy.
• Paid media strategy, budget allocation, and ROI-driven decisions.
• Content and journey operations for multichannel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign planning and creative direction.
• Monitor performance and reallocate investment based on results.
• Lead internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
• Build repeatable campaign processes across changing offerings.
• Oversee learner conversion, UX, and conversion optimization.
