Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Director to lead Digital Strategy and Applicant Experience, building a scalable national recruitment model. You will guide a team across content, web, and applicant support, shaping the learner journey from first ad impression to enrollment.

You’ll drive paid media, web presence, governance, and digital operations in partnership with MarComms, IT, and campuses, ensuring a high-performing, compliant experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring across a national team.
• Strategic ops design to improve enrollment funnel.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics.
• Experience with paid media planning and ROI tracking.
• Content and journey operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign planning and creative direction for digital spend.
• Monitor targets and reallocate investments based on performance.
• Lead internal teams and external agencies for campaigns and media buying.
• Develop repeatable processes to scale enrollment without compromise.
• Direct UX/conversion strategy and landing-page optimization.
• Oversee paid media, website, email, SMS, and support journeys.
