Job summary

Per Scholas is pursuing a Director to guide our Digital Strategy and Applicant Experience team, shaping the national recruitment and admissions model. You will translate enrollment goals into a digital roadmap, lead a team across content, web, and applicant support, and drive a scalable, tech-enabled learner journey from first ad impression through enrollment.
