Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Director to lead Digital Strategy and Applicant Experience, shaping the national recruitment and admissions model. You will guide a team across content, web, and applicant support, steering the learner’s digital journey from first ad impression to enrollment.

You will partner with MarComms, IT, campuses, and external agencies to ensure a scalable, high-performing recruitment ecosystem aligned with brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing national recruitment and admissions programs.
• Ability to translate enrollment goals into digital strategy and execution roadmaps.
• Proven track record in paid media, website optimization, and content governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign planning and creative direction.
• Monitor performance targets and reallocate investments as needed.
• Lead internal contributors and external agencies for campaign execution.
