DESCRIPTION
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is recruiting for a Director of Digital Marketing and Content to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing digital marketing and communication strategies that enhance the MTA brand and engage a diverse audience, including riders, stakeholders, and transit advocates. The Director will oversee the growth and maintenance of MTA's digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all devices. This position requires a deep understanding of content strategy, digital content creation, and search engine optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
