- Analyze performance across channels and provide clear, actionable reporting
- Partner with our digital marketing agency to support paid campaign content and execution
- Demonstrate servant leadership and a team-first mindset while raising the bar for quality and results

This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with proven expertise in both writing and digital marketing. You’ve done this before—and you’ve seen real, measurable results from your work.
- At least 6+ years of high-impact experience in content and digital marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across formats and platforms
- Proven understanding of digital marketing principles (email, SEO, paid/organic social)
- Experience using HubSpot, GA4, CMS platforms, and social publishing tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with initiative, follow-through, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote environment while delivering high-quality work
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU:

- Are skilled at managing multiple priorities and staying organized under pressure
- Enjoy writing everything from headlines to video scripts to landing pages
- Know how to interpret data and adjust based on performance
- Take full ownership of your work and care deeply about doing things well
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
- We’re not just selling machines—we’re solving labor challenges, improving safety, and transforming the way work gets done. You’ll help tell that story to the market and build awareness of our category-defining products
- You’ll work with a team that values high standards, shared wins, and bold ideas—while always putting the customer first
- Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid vacation/sick leave, health/dental/vision, retirement plan, life/accident insurance, and more
- Hiring is subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
