Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm, 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $31.77 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Account Coordinator supports the Client Services team by assisting coaches in managing client accounts, maintaining client relations, and executing various digital marketing tasks. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist coaches with client account management and support
2. Participate in coaching calls, take detailed notes, and review them with coaches before sharing with clients and posting in Notion
3. Manage tasks in project management software
4. Respond to client emails appropriately
5. Update and maintain client information and website properties
6. Organize and post content on client websites and social media platforms
7. Assist with monthly reporting
8. Test website forms for clients
9. Implement and review SEO strategies for websites
10. Update Google My Business profiles
11. Complete UTM tagging
12. Schedule client calls for coaches
13. Perform website updates such as coupons, banners, and calls to action
14. Perform other duties as assigned
