- Experience leading enterprise digital employee experience initiatives.
- Strong strategic, executive communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for a seamless digital workplace experience.
- Establish experience principles and a roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Advise HR and technology leaders on trends shaping digital employee experience.
- Oversee lifecycle of employee-facing products from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Translate employee insights into measurable product requirements and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, and HR teams.
- Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs tied to adoption and business impact.
- Promote responsible AI, automation, and accessibility in solutions.
