National Debt Relief seeks a Director of Client Success Digital Channels to lead digital customer engagement and optimize digital platforms while maintaining top-tier service. You will drive digital strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner across functions to transform analog processes into digital ones.

The role demands a proven leader with deep experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and omni-channel approaches, delivering measurable improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience required in digital strategy, customer experience, marketing, operations, or technology-enabled roles
• 8 years’ experience launching and implementing digital platforms required.
• 5 years’ experience leading contact center digital teams (chat and/or email) required.
• 4 years’ experience leading teams with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital innovation and develop a clear digital strategy.
• Own and monitor the digital-innovation project portfolio.
• Build and grow a digital-innovation ecosystem.
• Identify new tools (AI, digital, CRM) to support solutions.
• Understand market trends, influences and opportunities relevant to business and customers.
• Develop differentiated digital propositions and compile case studies.
• Map analog processes to digital and implement strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Champion the use of digital technology across the organization.
• Monitor KPIs for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
