Qualifications

Proven track record building and leading analytics teams.
Experience with CX optimization, funnel performance tracking, and self-service channel performance.
Experience analyzing conversational AI/LLM-driven interactions, including chat or voice bots.
Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests for AI models or prompts.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the digital and client experience analytics strategy.
Drive data collection and governance across digital platforms and KPIs.
Mentor a team of analysts and collaborate with executives to translate insights into strategy.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for timely stakeholder insights.
Oversee customer journey analytics to identify pain points and improvements.
Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data flows into Snowflake for unified analytics.
Stay ahead of data privacy regulations and analytics best practices.
Lead AI Analytics strategy and experiments to validate model performance before scaling.
Monitor AI interaction KPIs and translate findings into roadmaps.
