National Debt Relief is seeking a Director of Digital & AI Analytics to shape the measurement and optimization of the full customer journey. You will own the enterprise analytics strategy for digital paths and AI interactions, partnering across teams to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with executives, and guide AI analytics from data collection to real-time dashboards, ensuring metrics translate into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in digital/analytics with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams.
• Experience with CX optimization and funnel performance.
• Experience analyzing conversational AI/LLM interactions.
• Experience designing and evaluating AI model tests.
• Experience in financial services/fintech preferred.
• Track record of enterprise transformation through analytics strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital and client experience analytics strategy.
• Drive data collection and governance across digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts.
• Translate data insights into business strategy with executives.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.
• Oversee customer journey analytics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with data engineering to feed Snowflake.
• Stay ahead of analytics trends and privacy regulations.
• Own analytics strategy for AI analytics across voice and chat.
• Lead AI model/test results analysis for scaling.
• Define KPIs for AI interactions and optimize roadmaps.
