Job summary

Trace3 seeks a Director, Industry AI to lead the AI agenda for a priority vertical, partnering with account leaders to drive value realization and strategic growth. You will shape accelerators, create scalable offerings, and guide executive engagements across anchor accounts.

You will also translate architecture decisions into business cases, develop repeatable patterns, and drive cross‑vertical capabilities while maintaining delivery health and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in consulting or enterprise AI/tech leadership with client-facing outcomes.
• Experience shaping AI strategy, governance, and value realization for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI growth strategy and executive relationships for one priority vertical.
• Lead two to three anchor accounts on AI roadmap, value framing, and pursuit shaping.
• Develop vertical offerings, accelerators, and reference architectures for field adoption.
• Translate AI decisions into business cases, roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams around a unified account strategy and client experience.
