Bridge Project seeks a Director of Development to lead the private fundraising strategy, overseeing individual giving, foundation and institutional support, and fundraising events. The role focuses on building a diversified revenue base, cultivating major donors, and scaling development operations.

Reporting to leadership, you will supervise the Bridge Development Manager and manage a growing donor pipeline for a national, multistate program that supports moms and babies with unconditional cash

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or related fields, including senior donor management.

Responsabilités

• Lead private fundraising strategy including individual giving, foundation and institutional support, and events.
• Oversee donor management and cultivate major donors and high-net-worth giving.
• Build scalable development operations and systems; manage a growing donor pipeline.
• Supervise Bridge Development Manager and collaborate with the team.
