Job summary

El Programa Hispano Católico (EPHC) is seeking a Director of Development to drive fundraising growth and revenue diversification as the organization strengthens for future expansion. The role will design multi-year strategies, lead major gifts, grants, and corporate partnerships, and align fundraising with communications and storytelling across communities.

You will build internal fundraising capacity, optimize systems (CRM), and increase unrestricted revenue while preparing for long-term

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with fundraising
• Experience building and managing development programs
• Strong donor relations and grant management capabilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with priorities and financial sustainability.
• Strengthen revenue diversification via individuals, grants, corporate sponsorships, and general operating support.
• Oversee institutional grant strategy and funder relationships.
• Develop donor segmentation and engagement strategies to increase retention and lifetime value.
• Provide strategic oversight of development-related communications and storytelling.
