FirstService Residential seeks a Business Development Director to lead strategic sales initiatives for HOA clients and support lead generation and proposals for master planned and standard communities. The role reports to the Regional VP of Business Development, TX/MO/CO, working closely with Market Leaders and the Marketing Department.

The position emphasizes superior planning, communication, and collaboration to close sales and meet targets across multiple markets, with travel to client

Competenze

BS/BA degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
CRM experience preferred (Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

Develop and lead strategic sales initiatives for HOA clients.
Build high-level relationships with master planned community developers.
Travel as needed to client locations to foster relationships.
Coordinate with marketing and provide proposals (RFP responses).
Manage and participate in the sales process, delivering client presentations.
