SentinelOne seeks a Director of Developer Experience to lead a multi-team organization spanning Infrastructure Services and Developer Tooling. You will own the strategy for AI-enabled development, drive CI/CD improvements, and partner across security, legal, and product leadership to align on standards.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and recruit top engineering leaders, shaping how hundreds of engineers ship software safely and quickly in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with 5+ years in management.
• Leadership of managers and multi-team orgs in platform/DevOps.
• Hands-on CI/CD, developer tooling, and AI tooling experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a multi-team organization spanning Infrastructure Services and Developer Tooling.
• Define vision for developer experience and AI-augmented workflows.
• Own AI tooling rollout across the SDLC and measure impact.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of critical systems.
• Drive CI/CD evolution with self-service and security in mind.
• Establish metrics to improve developer productivity.
