Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership.
Hands-on engineering knowledge and developer platforms experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Allstate's Developer Experience program.
Advocate for engineers by gathering feedback and reducing friction to boost productivity.
Lead engineering discussions, prototypes, automation, and platform improvements.
Evaluate and govern developer tools and platform capabilities for security and scalability.
Champion AI-assisted software development and emerging agentic capabilities.
Collaborate with leadership, architects, and product teams to ensure a seamless developer experience.
Drive innovation through experiments and tech demonstrations.
Establish metrics for developer productivity and platform adoption.
Build and mentor high-performing teams and promote technical excellence.
Influence enterprise engineering standards and technology decisions.
Lead globally distributed teams to deliver modern engineering capabilities.
