Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the strategy, budget and channels that drive tours, applications and leases across our communities. This hands-on leader will collaborate with regional teams and on-site partners to meet occupancy and reputation goals.

The role covers paid search, paid social, ILS, retargeting, SEO, and vendor management, with a focus on measurable ROI and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation or performance marketing.
• 2+ years leading people.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate or multi-location operations.
• Proven results with paid search, paid social, SEO and ILS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual demand generation plan and budget.
• Lead digital and paid media initiatives to optimize cost per lease.
• Drive website traffic, local SEO and listings across communities.
• Oversee lead routing, CRM workflows and response times.
• Launch recovery campaigns for underperforming assets.
• Support renewal campaigns with property management.
