Job summary

Aptive Intelligent Pest Control is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Demand Generation to lead our digital marketing efforts from Provo, Utah. This role drives volume, quality, and efficiency of demand, optimizes paid and affiliate channels, and builds upper-funnel awareness while partnering with multiple teams to optimize the full funnel.

As a senior leader, you will own acquisition marketing technology, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 12+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing with progressive leadership.
• Proven ownership of digital acquisition programs in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy across paid media, affiliate, publisher, marketplace, pay-per-call, and partner-sourced demand.
• Improve lead volume, acquisition efficiency, revenue, and profitability across channels.
• Build new acquisition channels and growth partnerships with test budgets and success metrics.
• Lead upper-funnel demand creation and measurable awareness programs across media types.
• Improve digital conversion through testing of landing pages, offers, and forms.
• Oversee lead quality, scoring, routing, and speed-to-contact improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, communications, or a related field
