Responsibilities

• Manage visitor experience and brand consistency at FIU in DC.
• Develop calendar, coordinate visits, book events, and lead tours.
• Curate FIU in DC programming and signature events.
• Collaborate with the Office of University Ceremonies and Events.
• Identify high-profile panelists and manage invitations.
• Position FIU researchers on national panels and media partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and upgrades.
• Develop success metrics and dashboards for performance.
• Support for-credit and short courses in DC with internal partners.
