Job summary

FASTer Way to Fat Loss seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to own data infrastructure and reporting from end to end. You will shape the data vision, governance, and analytics strategy while guiding a data engineering and BI team.

You will partner with business leaders, system owners and vendors to deliver reliable data products, dashboards and insights that drive growth and operational excellence across our nationwide platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI development or data architecture.
• Strong SQL and BI tool skills; hands-on GCP/BigQuery experience preferred.
• Expertise in cloud data architecture, ELT/ETL and data quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data strategy, architecture and governance.
• Own end-to-end data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling and consumption.
• Build and optimize Lightdash models, dashboards and reporting UI/UX.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks and reporting structures.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing data team.
