Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the listed platforms (Sheets, PAP, HubSpot, SamCart, Shopify, BigQuery, SQL).
• Education: high school diploma; a degree in data-related fields is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, BI reporting, and data governance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize customer data processes across multiple client requests with accuracy.
• Monitor data file exchanges for errors and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards tracking key metrics using Sheets, HubSpot, SamCart, Shopify, BigQuery and SQL.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize data analysis and streamline report generation.
• Query and validate cross-system data with BigQuery and SQL to identify trends and optimize workflows.
• Train end-users on reporting tools and system access.
• Provide basic IT support for onboarding equipment and onboarding new employees.
