Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data science, analytics, or applied AI with senior leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data science initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven execution.
• Strong cross-functional communication with exec, product, and tech audiences.
• Proven track record building high-performing data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data and analytics strategy for DnA across multiple products.
• Provide scientific and technical leadership for production data systems.
• Ensure quality, confidence, and integrity of AI outputs.
• Define standards for explainability, validation, and audit-readiness.
• Mentor and scale senior data science talent.
