Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a visionary Director of Data Management & Data Platforms to lead our data platform strategy across SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, and Databricks. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, govern data assets, and partner with security, architecture, and BI teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive data management experience, including 7+ years managing teams.
• Databricks expertise and Azure cloud experience required.
• Experience with Data360 MDM and Snowflake preferred.
• Strong governance, security, and cost management practices.
• Excellent communication with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data platform strategy and 1–3 year roadmap.
• Lead evaluation of Snowflake and other platforms; build business cases and criteria.
• Set platform standards and oversee workload migrations.
• Align roadmaps with executives, BI, and application owners; report progress.
• Oversee Databricks end-to-end design, governance, and cost management.
• Oversee Data360 MDM roadmap, delivery, and vendor relationships.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and data productization across platforms.
