Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Data Engineering & Platform Manager to own the enterprise data platform, govern pipelines, and enable trusted analytics and AI across the organization. You will lead a team, shape the data architecture, and drive cost-effective platform optimization.

Ideal candidates bring 7–12 years in data engineering, strong Databricks/Azure skills, and experience with ERP integrations such as SAP and Dynamics GP. Travel up to 15% is possible.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Databricks including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows, and Lakehouse patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer AirLife's Databricks environment end-to-end; configure Unity Catalog, manage clusters, access controls, and optimize performance.
• Supervise staff; mentor and evaluate team members and ensure proper training.
