• Lead and develop two Team Leads and four Analysts with clear ownership and standards.
• Oversee ingestion, transformation, storage, and delivery across the data platform.
• Maintain platform availability, performance, cost discipline, and incident response.
• Define architecture standards and roadmap aligned to business needs.
• Partner with security, analytics, and product teams to ensure governed data.
