World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Data Engineering and Platform Manager to lead two teams and shape the analytics data foundation on Azure and Databricks. Qualifications

Twelve+ years in data engineering, platforms, or architecture; at least five years leading teams.
Proven ability to coach senior technical staff, set standards, manage incidents, and drive roadmaps with business leaders.
Experience designing business-ready data models and gold-layer datasets from downstream product needs.

Responsibilities

Lead two Team Leads and four Analysts; set priorities and ensure capacity.
Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and delivery from design to production with Azure/Databricks.
Define target architecture, modernization priorities, and cost discipline for the analytics platform.
Partner with analytics, security, and product owners to enforce data governance and interface contracts.
