Job summary

Akkodis seeks a data platform leader to drive the strategic direction of a large-scale analytics platform. You will coordinate among business, data engineering, infra, architecture, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution across complex initiatives.

The role requires hands-on governance of Azure Databricks, BI tooling, and modern data engineering environments, with a focus on scalable data operations and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks Platform Operations, Administration, and Data Engineering.
• Experience managing platform operations, technical support, and service delivery within cloud-based environments.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, preferably Reltio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational oversight and strategic direction of a large-scale enterprise data platform supporting analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and analytics teams to drive alignment and execution across complex initiatives.
• Oversee the ingestion, movement, and management of data from commercial and internal sources through the enterprise data ecosystem.
• Review and guide platform architecture, system integrations, network flows, and infrastructure dependencies to ensure scalable and reliable data operations.
• Drive cross-functional programs, remove organizational barriers, and establish effective collaboration across teams delivering data and reporting solutions.
