Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to set objectives for complex projects within the Global Business Unit and to allocate cross-functional resources, including external teams. The role emphasizes knowledge sharing, innovation, and solving highly complex problems to advance divisional goals.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with regulatory requirements, strong communication, and demonstrated leadership in managing diverse talent through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with significant industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or regulatory agencies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and build partnerships across functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data standards.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, influencing, negotiation and PM skills.
• Proficient with relational databases and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage objectives for high-complexity projects within the Global Business Unit.
• Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources, including those outside direct authority.
• Share knowledge across functions and contribute to knowledge management processes.
• Champion and develop resources for innovation and take risks to implement new ideas.
• Develop solutions for highly complex problems within the Global Business Unit.
