Job summary

Fuego Leads is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead the data function from architecture to execution, shaping the operational layer used by executives, marketing, and AI systems. You will own core metrics, data warehouse design, and the ML roadmap.

This senior role reports to the COO, collaborates with engineering and marketing, and can be remote within the United States or hybrid from Fort Lauderdale, FL / Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL / Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data and analytics with ownership of a production warehouse and transformation layer.
• Expert SQL and production Python for pipelines and automation.
• Experience with BigQuery and a modern transformation framework such as dbt.
• Experience with multi-touch attribution and identity resolution across systems.

Responsibilities

• Define core metrics and own the calculations, governance, and ownership.
• Develop a certified BigQuery core layer covering lead lifecycle and performance.
• Design the target-state data architecture and the roadmap for the data platform.
• Lead multi-touch attribution across channels and media budgets.
• Own ML roadmap and bring model work in-house with quality controls.
• Ensure real-time data availability and robust identity resolution across systems.
