Job summary

The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to build and lead the data function within the ME&G unit. You will develop data infrastructure, dashboards, and segmentation to guide member programs and partnerships, driving measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with IT, Marketing, and the Research Hub to implement governance, publish dashboards, and support organizational strategy with rigorous data insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field with proven dashboarding and organizational reporting experience.
• Experience with BI platforms Tableau, Power BI, or Looker and strong SQL skills.
• Experience building and maintaining CRM integrations and data governance standards.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain member data infrastructure profiling by size, sector, geography, and diversity status.
• Design dashboards tracking program participation, engagement, and outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-program analyses to inform scaling or discontinuation.
• Develop audience segmentation models for targeting and mentor matching.
• Measure outcomes against KPIs and report on ecosystem impact across programs and partnerships.
