Delaware North Boston Holdings is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Data Strategy to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our data and analytics function at TD Garden in Boston, MA. You will oversee BI, Data Engineering, CRM, and Data Strategy, transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and fan engagement.

You'll partner with senior leaders across Ticketing, Premium, Partnerships, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Operations to build a data-driven

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Master’s or MBA strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years in data analytics/BI with 3–4 years in people management.
• Experience in sports/entertainment/live events preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead two Senior Managers and their teams across BI and Data Strategy.
• Translate enterprise data vision into departmental roadmaps and OKRs.
• Set standards for quality and consistency of analytics outputs.
• Oversee dashboards, KPI frameworks, and pricing/analytical tools.
• Ensure actionable reporting informs executive decision-making daily, monthly, and seasonally.
• Guide AI/ML initiatives including predictive modeling and personalization.
