Job summary

Clarivate in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Data and Intelligence to lead enterprise data, analytics and reporting across Finance, Sales, Customer Service and operations.

You will drive a governed, scalable operating model across Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, guiding specialists and translating business questions into sustainable reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role demanding strong technical and people leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience across data, analytics, reporting or data-platform delivery.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing data, BI, engineering or analytics teams.
• Experience owning enterprise reporting and business intelligence in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for enterprise data, analytics and reporting.
• Oversee executive dashboards, management reporting, operational reports, self-service analytics and customer and product usage reporting.
• Set direction across Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Lead pipelines, modeling, transformation and integration with governance for ownership, lineage, classification, access, retention and data quality.
• Lead discovery, architecture, migration, engineering, validation, cutover, stabilization and handover.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, BI developers, data analysts, platform specialists and product owners.
