Job summary

The Greater Philadelphia Chamber is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to build the ME&G data function and drive performance measurement across the Chamber and Growth Partnership. You will shape data infrastructure, member profiling, and analytics to guide programs and partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in BI with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and SQL, plus governance and CRM integration skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business intelligence or data analytics with dashboards at an organizational level.
• Proficiency with BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and strong SQL skills.
• Experience building CRM integrations and data governance/quality standards.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; economics/public policy background not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain member data infrastructure profiling by size, sector, geography, and diversity.
• Design dashboards tracking program participation, engagement, and outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-program analysis to identify what to scale or refine.
• Develop audience segmentation models for targeting and matching.
• Measure outcomes against KPIs and report on ecosystem impact, including participation and partnerships.
• Contribute to the unified KPI dashboard and standardize data governance across systems.
