Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually
The Greater Philadelphia Chamber (The Chamber) brings area businesses and civic leaders together to amplify the impact of business in the region, advocate for a competitive business climate and grow a vibrant and diverse business community in order to achieve our vision: The Greater Philadelphia Region is a top global destination for business and a leader in inclusive growth.
The Chamber is in an active period of growth and organizational investment. The Director of Business Intelligence is a new role within the newly formed Member Experience & Growth (ME&G) unit, which works to accelerate growth for small, mid-market, and diverse-owned businesses across Greater Philadelphia. This person will build the unit’s data function from the ground up, ensuring programming and partnerships are grounded in a clear understanding of who our members are, what they need, whether our offerings are working, and where to invest next. The role also supports organization-wide performance measurement and data infrastructure across the Chamber and the Greater Philadelphia Growth Partnership.
Working at the Chamber offers the resources and stability of a mid-sized business with the purpose-driven mission of a nonprofit. Our team of about 65 is large enough to offer strong support, yet small enough to give you room to lead, grow, and make your mark—with access to a wide regional network, professional development, competitive compensation, and an outstanding benefits package.
The Chamber operates in a hybrid environment, with employees working in person at least two days per week; exceptions may be made based on departmental needs. This role requires attending Chamber-hosted or partner events outside regular business hours and outside Center City Philadelphia.
The hiring range for this position is $80,000–$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus the opportunity to earn an additional performance-based bonus.
The Greater Philadelphia Chamber is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to building a culturally diverse staff. We strongly encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
