Job summary

Purpose Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Architecture leader to steer enterprise data initiatives across cloud environments. You will mentor architects and engineers, shaping the vision, design, and implementation of scalable data systems that support analytics and operational workloads.

You will drive governance, leverage modern tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Kafka, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted data solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, and DB design, with senior/lead experience.
• Hands-on leadership in enterprise data architectures and delivery.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data architects and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Define strategic vision and roadmap for data architecture aligned to business goals.
• Architect and optimize data models, warehouses, and data lakes for high-volume workloads.
• Enforce data architecture standards and scalable design patterns for reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineering, data science, and business domains.
• Oversee ELT pipelines, master data, and enterprise data integration strategies.
