Job summary

Purpose Financial seeks a Lead Snowflake Administrator to own and elevate our Snowflake data platform. You will drive end-to-end architecture, performance tuning, and security while leading a team of data professionals.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to solve real problems, automate processes, and optimize costs in AWS environments. This is a strategic data leadership role with impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Snowflake Platform Administration in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of DevOps experience with IaC tools (Terraform, TerraGrunt, Atlantis).
• Deep expertise in RBAC, resource monitors, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL/Scheduler tools.
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage our enterprise Snowflake environment end-to-end.
• Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
• Design and implement security frameworks using RBAC and secure data sharing.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and business analysts to solve problems.
• Automate everything you can — Python, SQL, CI/CD, IaC.
