Fora, a NYC-based travel platform, seeks a Director of Data Analytics to architect and scale the data function as a growth diagnostic engine. This strategic, hands-on leader will transform complex data into actionable insights shaping company decisions across marketing, product, and corporate teams.

The role leads analytics across marketing, product, and corporate needs, building a robust data foundation, ML readiness, executive forecasting, and self-serve analytics for a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in data, analytics, or data science with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in marketing and product data science.
• Experience with marketplace, transactional data and retention analytics.
• Hands-on fluency with modern analytics infrastructure and BI systems.
• Experience with BigQuery, dbt and BI tools such as Omni.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy across marketing, product and corporate needs.
• Lead data science for marketing attribution, LTV, CAC and channel efficiency.
• Lead product data science for two-sided marketplace, experimentation and retention.
• Own metrics, board reporting, cohort economics and forecasting.
• Build a trusted source of truth and scale data infrastructure.
• Develop the data organization, hiring strategy and operating processes.
• Partner with engineering, product, finance and GTM teams to improve business performance.
• Support executive forecasting and long-term planning.
