Job summary

Curri is seeking a Director of Data to own data end-to-end, from business analytics to production ML. This role shapes the roadmap and partners with product and engineering to turn data into shipped features that move the business forward.

You'll build and lead a high-performing data and ML team, establish governance, and ensure the data platform scales with Curri's growth, delivering measurable impact across routing, pricing, and ETA accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data and/or ML with 3+ years leading teams at a high-growth company.
• Shipped models into production and owned outcomes.
• Fluency with a modern data stack (Snowflake or equivalent).
• Strong product and business instincts, turning data work into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own data and ML roadmap linked to product outcomes and metrics.
• Partner with product, engineering to ship data-driven features.
• Lead strategy for ML in the product including routing, forecasting, pricing.
• Build and mentor a high-performing data/ML team.
• Set data governance, quality, and reliability standards.
