Curri is seeking a VP of Product to lead and scale its AI-native logistics platform. This leader will set a bold vision, drive ROI-aligned prioritization, and grow the PM organization while representing the roadmap to customers and executive leadership.

You will partner with Engineering, Growth, and Sales to ship iterative AI-driven capabilities, define success metrics, and ensure quality, latency, and guardrails before trust is earned.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product with 4+ years in product management leadership.
• Strong conviction as a product visionary grounded in customer evidence.
• Experience running customer advisory boards and engaging with Sales.
• Enterprise sales support experience including demos and RFPs.
• ROI modeling and opportunity sizing experience.
• Analytics discipline with defined metrics and experimentation.
• Shipped AI/ML features integrated in product delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Set and own Curri's product vision and roadmap.
• Bake AI into core product workflows to automate decisions.
• Build ROI discipline and prioritize bets by value.
• Define success metrics, instrument ships, compare results.
• Turn company strategy into a focused product plan with leadership.
• Partner with Engineering to drive execution on fast cycles.
• Stay close to customers via advisory boards and key accounts.
• Join sales calls for strategic deals and shape enterprise commitments.
• Own quality for AI-driven features and guardrails.
