Job summary

Curri seeks a VP of Product to lead and scale the product organization as it grows. You will set a bold, customer-backed vision for an AI-native logistics platform, and bring ROI rigor to sizing and prioritization across the roadmap.

You will grow the PM team, partner with Engineering and Growth, and represent the plan to customers and executives. Remote-friendly with Ventura, CA presence preferred, and equity compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product leadership, with scope.
• Form a clear point of view grounded in customer evidence.
• Experience running customer advisory boards and aligning roadmaps with Sales.
• Support enterprise sales cycles with product demos and RFP responses.
• Build business cases and ROI models for investments.
• Define metrics, pull data, and run experiments.
• Shipped AI/ML features integrated into core product.

Responsibilities

• Set and own Curri's product vision and roadmap.
• Bake AI into core product workflows and decision making.
• Quantify ROI and prioritize bets by value delivered.
• Define success metrics before building and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering to drive fast, high-quality delivery.
• Stay close to customers and evangelize the roadmap.
• Join sales calls for strategic deals and address objections.
• Own quality for AI features including evals, latency, and guardrails.
• Lead the PM team and grow from three to six members.
