Job summary

Curri is seeking a VP of Product to lead and scale the product organization as it enters its next growth phase. You will set a bold, customer-backed vision for an AI-native logistics platform and build ROI discipline into how bets are sized and prioritized.

You will grow the PM team and represent Curri's roadmap to customers with executive presence. You will partner with Engineering to ship high-impact features, stay close to customers, and drive strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Form a clear product direction grounded in customer evidence.
• Demonstrate ROI discipline and value-based prioritization.
• Lead engagement with enterprise sales cycles and security/integration reviews.
• Define metrics before shipping and instrument outcomes to guide sizing.
• Partner with Engineering as a true thought partner.
• Stay close to customers through advisory boards and key accounts.
• Run strategic product demos on calls and shape enterprise commitments.
• Shipped AI/ML features integrated in the product with proper guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Set and own Curri's product vision and roadmap.
• Embed AI into core product workflows, enabling automation in dispatch, routing, pricing, and support decisions.
• Build ROI discipline into the roadmap by valuing opportunities and prioritizing accordingly.
• Define success metrics, instrument ships, and compare results to initial estimates.
• Collaborate with the executive team to translate strategy into a prioritized product plan.
• Work with Engineering to drive fast cycles and high-quality delivery.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and power roadmap through advisory boards and joint pitches with Sales.
• Attend strategic sales calls, handle objections, and influence enterprise contracts.
