Job summary

Curri, a logistics technology leader, seeks a Director of Data to own the end-to-end data and ML platform. You will partner with product and engineering to translate data into shipped features, from smarter routing to pricing and ETA accuracy, guiding the organization with data-driven decisions.

You’ll lead an AI-forward program, build a high-impact team, and own the data platform, governance, and reliability to scale Curri’s growth. HQ in Ventura, CA with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data and/or ML, including leadership experience at high-growth companies.
• Shipped models into production and owned outcomes.
• Fluency with a modern data stack (Snowflake or equivalent).
• Strong product and business instincts; connect data work to outcomes.
• Builder’s bias with clear communication; comfortable hands-on early while scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own the data and ML roadmap, tying it to product outcomes and metrics.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to ship data-driven features.
• Identify where ML/AI adds value and drive bets from concept to production.
• Lead the ML strategy for routing, forecasting, pricing, and delivery intelligence.
• Own analytics, dashboards, and analyses to steer company decisions.
