Job summary

Curri seeks a Director of Data to own data end-to-end, from analytics to production ML. You will set roadmaps, partner with product and engineering to ship features, and build a capable data/ML team and platform that improves routing, pricing, ETA accuracy, and delivery economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data and/or ML, incl. 3+ years leading teams at a high-growth company.
• Shipped ML models into production and owned their outcomes.
• Fluency with a modern data stack and the judgment to build the right foundations.
• Strong product and business instincts, linking data work to measurable outcomes.
• Clear, trusted communicator with executives and engineers; hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the data and ML roadmap aligned to product outcomes and metrics.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to ship data-driven features.
• Lead the strategy for ML in the Curri product from prototype to production.
• Own analytics to steer the business with dashboards and analyses.
• Own the data platform and governance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing data/ML team.
