Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Disputes & Investigations Director to lead cross‑functional teams in national security risk analysis, cybersecurity governance, and regulatory compliance. You will design Zero Trust architectures, implement IAM controls, and deliver detailed technical assessments for senior leaders.

Responsibilities include roadmap planning, security architecture reviews, and coordinating with DevSecOps to ensure robust protection of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with technology companies delivering controlled tech nationally and internationally.
• Experience with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-218, NIST SP 800-161, or ISO 27001.
• Experience working in cybersecurity governance and with NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and related controls.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
• Background in network and cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerization.
• Ability to obtain a USG security clearance or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional project teams on security reviews and audits.
• Design Zero Trust architectures and IAM solutions with PAM and RBAC.
• Assess security controls against NIST/ISO frameworks and document findings.
• Review architecture diagrams, interview DevSecOps staff, and oversee code analysis.
• Prepare detailed technical reports for senior counsel and executives.
• Implement SIEM, IGA, and PAM for automated compliance monitoring.
• Create project governance artifacts and reporting mechanisms.
