Slate is hiring a Director of Cybersecurity to own security and compliance across the company. You will set strategy, roadmap, and standards to protect people, data, and the truck, building a mature program audited by regulators and partners.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with vehicle engineering, IT, and Legal, and drive security across cloud, on‑premises, and OT environments with a focus on manufacturing and connected products.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10+ years in information security or cybersecurity with at least 5 years leading teams/programs.
• Proven ability to mature a security program across multiple domains (SOC, GRC, AppSec).
• Hands-on leadership of compliance with SOX IT controls and at least one of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, or NIST 800-171.

Responsabilidades

• Define Slate's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and risk-based priorities.
• Own security policy framework, risk register, and governance model.
