Job summary

Pixalate, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Success to guide executive strategy, lead the CS team, and strengthen key client relationships across programmatic ecosystems. You will drive retention, reduce churn, and advise on fraud prevention and privacy compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of IVT and viewability in digital advertising, with strong C-level communication and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in client-facing customer success or related roles in digital advertising.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hit revenue targets.
• Deep IVT/viewability and programmatic ad knowledge.
• Ability to translate client needs to technical teams.
• Strong communication with C-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to set strategy for customer growth and retention.
• Lead and develop the Customer Success team and drive revenue targets.
• Own key client relationships across programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges).
• Guide customers on ad fraud prevention and privacy compliance.
• Use data to monitor engagement metrics, KPIs, and account health.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
