Job summary
Pixalate in New York is seeking a VP of Sales, CTV to build and scale our connected TV sales function as we enter a growth phase. This leadership role requires owning pipeline strategy, hiring, and revenue targets for a CTV-focused org.
You will report to executive leadership and shape how Pixalate wins new business in fraud detection and privacy compliance, partnering across teams to align strategy with company priorities.
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of ad tech sales experience, with deep CTV/OTT expertise.
- Proven success scaling a CTV-focused sales organization.
- Experience building pipeline strategy, forecasting, and deal governance.
- Strong knowledge of COPPA, GDPR and privacy in streaming contexts.
Responsibilities
- Own CTV sales strategy, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead territory design and go-to-market plans with execs.
- Drive multi-million dollar deals with media platforms and DSPs.
- Align sales efforts with Customer Success, Data Science, and Eng.
- Represent Pixalate in executive conversations with partners.
- Develop scalable processes for qualification, closing, and quota attainment.
