Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Consumer Journey Specialist to map, monitor, and improve the consumer experience from discovery through loyalty and win-back. This role connects feedback and data to reveal friction and drive coordinated action across Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, Product, and more.

You will build and maintain journey maps, synthesize insights into concrete recommendations, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless consumer experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
• 3+ years in consumer or customer experience, journey mapping, service design, process improvement, or a related business function.
• 4+ years of relevant experience including exposure to customer lifecycle management, digital experience, direct selling, subscriptions, or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future state journeys across key lifecycle stages, identifying pain points and moments that matter.
• Synthesize feedback, behavior, and experience metrics into prioritized recommendations and briefs.
• Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps and align owners, requirements, and milestones.
• Track progress and impact of journey initiatives and refine priorities accordingly.
• Evaluate how new tools and campaigns affect the consumer journey and support coordinated launches.
• Work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, with possible evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
